    This program has depth. It asks you to sustain curiosity and extend a kindness to yourself that maybe you are not used to. It asks you to show up, even when you don’t feel like it, or when it feels like the day is conspiring against you.

    You should feel proud! One week of showing up for yourself in this manner is no small feat.

  4. I had to get my second SHINGLES shot on Friday, so although I knew what to expect, I was still really disappointed to be too sore to take day seven and eight on time. Today was a nice reward, it helped to work the soreness out of my arm (how do you know to do that Adriene?). Namaste to everyone on this journey!

  6. I'm resisting the urge to try to catch up after I miss a day. This journey is not about finishing at the same time as everyone else, but about taking my own pace.

  7. Anyone else tumble right over while reaching around in warrior two? 😂 Once I would have been embarrassed and felt like I failed at the pose, but I giggled and got back into it. Super fun!

  8. Started on time but took two days off when I was feeling nauseous. Felt guilty for a split second but my next thought was, “Adrienne would understand and would not want me feeling guilty. She would want me to show up in the present exactly as I am” thank you

  9. Back at it 💪 Had to take a couple days off due to hand injury/nausea. Already feeling better after doing this.

  10. Ive only done yoga 3 or 4 times in the Pat sparingly but now I’ve done it for a week straight. It feels good!

Quick question, I am a couple of days behind, what do you think is more beneficial for my practice: try to catch up and finish by the 30 days or keep taking it in a slower pace? Thank you so much!

  14. Thank you Adriene for this series. At 62, there are some things my body can't do, but I'm modifying where needed and will keep incorporating yoga into my total exercise program

  15. I am so thankful for these practices. It really amazes me how much i didn't actually pay attention to my body or breath before. Like how have i went 30 years without actually tuning into myself… mind blown! Anyways, reading everyone's comments is always so motivational and inspiring. It's special knowing there are so many people in the world, that are so far apart, yet so connected through this 🙂 x

  16. Some depression and burnout caused me to fall behind two days, but I'm so glad to be back for such a lovely session!! Especially grateful today for the 1,360 wonderful humans who just practiced with me 🙂
